Upcoming Reading Frenzy: New graphic novels from Dark Horse Comics and more
Alrighty, I need to work myself up to a certain enthusiasm to face my day job today, so I'll make this short and sweet.
From Dark Horse Comics, I'll be reviewing the following graphic novels shortly (all scheduled for June release):
Baltimore Volume 1: The Plague Ships by Mike Mignola and Christopher Golden
Supernatural Noir, an anthology with the talents of Brian Evenson, Joe R. Lansdale, Caitlin R. Kiernan, Nick Mamatas, Gregory Frost, Jeffrey Ford, and others.
From HarlequinTEEN
Spellbound by Cara Lynn Shultz
Legacy by Cayla Kluver
Also, I'm feeling a themed review post coming on because I have a lot of music-themed books in my to-be-read pile and even though I'm currently missing a nice sound system, that doesn't keep me from dreaming.
As you probably know, Keith Richards recently wrote a book called Life about, well, his life so far. It even includes pictures! I love memoirs with pictures. Also, I got approval through NetGalley to read the following two upcoming releases: Tom Waits on Tom Waits, edited by Paul Maher and Record Collecting for Girls by Courtney E. Smith.
