Review: Vixen (The Flappers #1)

This is going to sound catty, but I couldn't make it past page 10, and I really wanted to like this book. The writing was so awkward, it was distracting. The choice phrase that finally ended it for me: "swayed to the melody." You can't sway to a melody. Sadly, that phrase while completely idiotic was a refreshing break from all the cliches that came before it. Avoid this if you want to preserve your braincells.
